Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM | Rotating Saturdays, 8 AM–12 PM
Overview:
As a Service Advisor at Kaige Kubota, you’ll be the link between our customers and the service department. You’ll play a critical role in coordinating repairs, managing work orders, and ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for both our technicians and customers. Your communication and organizational skills will help keep our shop efficient and our customers satisfied.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and listen to their service needs.
- Create and manage work orders in our dealership management system.
- Communicate clearly with technicians regarding needed repairs and timelines.
- Provide updates to customers throughout the repair process.
- Prepare and explain estimates, invoices, and warranty coverage.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service workflow.
- Ensure that all documentation, inspection forms, and photos are accurate and complete.
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk and customer area.
Requirements/Skills:
- Previous experience in a dealership or service department (preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with equipment terminology and repair processes is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience using service software.
- Punctuality, professionalism, and teamwork are essential.

- Kubota: tractors, excavators, skid steers, compact track loaders, RTVs, mowers
- Land Pride: implements and attachments (cutters, box blades, tillers, augers, etc.)
- Walker Mowers: coordination of full service and repairs
- ECHO: handheld and small engine tools
- GMG, Snorkel, Xtreme, Genie & JCB: lifts and rental fleet equipment
- Allmand & ELGI: light towers, generators, air compressors
